Keith Sapsford, 14, young boy falling to his death from the landing gear bay of a Japan Airlines DC-8 flight leaving Sydney to Japan. Jhon Gilspin, an amateur photographer was testing his new camera lens at Sydney Airport, Australia, and unwittingly captured the deadly fall of Keith at 200 feet.

According to Keith’s father, the boy always wanted to see the world and many times ran away from home in search of new places.

On February 21, 1970 Keith was said to have run away from home and reported missing. On 24th he sneaked into Sydney airport, climbed on a plane’s wheel and entered the landing gear bay. The boy remained hidden until the airplane took off, but after leaving the ground Keith fell from a height of about 200feet.
